I primarily use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns. I also offer art therapy and other integrative methods to support healing in creative, non-verbal ways.

Not at all! The C.R.E.A.T.E art workshops are about expression, not artistic skill. The process—not the final product—supports emotional processing, stress relief, and insight.

Sessions usually last 50–60 minutes. Some clients may benefit from longer sessions, which can be arranged as needed.

Frequency depends on your goals and current needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and may adjust to biweekly or monthly as progress is made.

Healing is different for each person. Some clients notice improvements within a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support, especially when working through trauma or complex grief.
