  • I work with individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. These challenges can feel overwhelming, but therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process emotions and build coping tools.

  • I primarily use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns. I also offer art therapy and other integrative methods to support healing in creative, non-verbal ways.

  • Not at all! The C.R.E.A.T.E art workshops are about expression, not artistic skill. The process—not the final product—supports emotional processing, stress relief, and insight.

  • Sessions usually last 50–60 minutes. Some clients may benefit from longer sessions, which can be arranged as needed.

  • Frequency depends on your goals and current needs. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and may adjust to biweekly or monthly as progress is made.

  • Healing is different for each person. Some clients notice improvements within a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support, especially when working through trauma or complex grief.
